Our 3-4 season convertible tents are designed for maximum versatility. They can be adapted for use in three seasons (spring, summer, fall) or converted for mild winter conditions. The key difference is their adjustable ventilation systems and reinforced structures that allow them to handle varying weather conditions better than standard tents.
How do I choose between down and synthetic sleeping bags?
Down sleeping bags offer superior warmth-to-weight ratio and compressibility, making them ideal for backpackers who prioritize space and weight savings. Synthetic bags perform better in damp conditions (as they retain warmth when wet) and are typically more affordable. Consider your typical camping environment and budget when choosing.
What capacity backpacks do you recommend for multi-day trips?
For most 3-4 day backpacking trips, we recommend packs in the 50-65 liter range. This provides enough space for your tent, sleeping bag, pad, food, and other essentials without being overly bulky. Our selection includes various sizes to accommodate different trip lengths and packing styles.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after processing ($12.95, free for orders over $50)
Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after processing (free for orders over $50)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. Our premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, and EMS) ensure reliable delivery to most locations. During checkout, you’ll see available shipping options for your specific location.
How is my camping gear packaged for shipping?
We take special care with all outdoor equipment. Tents and sleeping bags are packed in protective sleeves, backpacks are shipped in their own storage bags, and fragile items like lanterns receive additional padding. Every item undergoes a quality check before leaving our warehouse at 170 Dane Street, Sprague, US 99032.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get you your gear ASAP, but if you contact us immediately at [email protected], we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes cannot be made.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special notes?
Currently, we don’t offer gift wrapping services, but you can include a note with your order by adding it to the “Order Notes” section during checkout. The packing slip will include this message.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
