Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. International customers should be aware that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes gear doesn’t meet your wilderness expectations. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return process within 15 days of delivery for most items.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns of most items in their original condition (unused, with tags, and in original packaging). Please inspect your items upon arrival, just like you’d check your gear before a big trip.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Battery-powered lanterns with signs of use
  • Air-filled sleeping pads that have been inflated

How to Return Your Gear

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request.
  2. Get Authorization: We’ll respond within 24 hours (faster than pitching one of our 3-4 season tents!) with return instructions.
  3. Pack Securely: Return items in original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Back: Send your return to:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For international returns (excluding some Asian regions), please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return

For faster service, you may place a new order while your return is processing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective (which is rarer than a sunny day in the Rockies):
